FOUNDER

Ndatenda F Mondoh -GradSaiosh (BTech, MSc, MBA)

Three Oceans was founded in 2016 by Ndatenda Fortunate Mondoh to offer a wide range of SHEQ services to support sustainability and good corporate governance for its clients.

The company is constantly growing, evolving and transforming in response to market trends. Its evolution has seen it partnering with:
-AQC global to offer ISO Certifications,
- PECB Canada to offer internationally recognized ISO training,
- IRLA to offer internationally recognized ISO Lead Auditor training and,
SAIOSH to offer safety training courses with CPD points..

  • Experience History

    Both directors of the company have more than 30 years of combined relevant experience and the Managing Director has in excess of five years' experience in heading the training division of one of the leading HSE training providers, NOSA. They are both SAIOSH graduate members. The Managing Director also holds a MBA from Henley Business School, Reading University.

    All Three Oceans trainers are suitably qualified with the least qualified holding a diploma in safety management and four years of relevant experience.
